Epoxy flooring provides a seamless, high-performance surface that is chemical-resistant, easy to clean, and available in a wide range of colours and finishes — ideal for factories, laboratories, and clean rooms.
Epoxy flooring is a thermosetting resin system applied over concrete substrates to create a seamless, non-porous surface. The two-component system (resin + hardener) chemically bonds to the concrete, forming an extremely tough, durable coating that resists chemicals, abrasion, and impact.
Shubhaam Concret offers a comprehensive range of epoxy systems including self-leveling epoxy, epoxy mortar, anti-static epoxy, and decorative flake/metallic epoxy. Each system is engineered for specific performance requirements and environmental conditions.
With over 33 years of experience, our team has installed epoxy floors in pharmaceutical plants, food processing facilities, automobile factories, electronic manufacturing units, and commercial kitchens across India.
Diamond grinding or shot blasting to create the required surface profile for optimal adhesion.
All cracks, joints, and surface defects are repaired with epoxy filler.
Epoxy primer is applied to seal the concrete and improve adhesion of subsequent coats.
Self-leveling or trowel-applied epoxy body coat is applied to the specified thickness.
Final epoxy top coat with desired finish (gloss, matte, anti-slip) is applied.
Floor is cured for 24–72 hours, then inspected for thickness, adhesion, and finish quality.
